SHIPPING POLICY

  • We offer shipping to customers within the United States and internationally. Shipping rates will vary based on the destination and weight of the package.

  • We ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them, with the exception of weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • We offer several shipping options, including standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping. Shipping times will vary based on the shipping option selected and the destination.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. We may require photo evidence of the damage or loss.

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you have any special shipping requests or questions, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

RETURN POLICY

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a return or exchange.

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for unopened and unused products. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.

  • All returns must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and issue a refund to the original form of payment. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the product only; we cannot refund any shipping charges.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements or are not authorized by our customer service team.
